This 2021/22 Nike City Edition jersey is a timeline of some of the greatest eras of Indiana Pacers basketball. The lettering across the chest draws inspiration from the team's 1987 jersey that was famously designed by Olympic champion Florence Griffith Joyner. The "Boom Baby" graphic at the bottom corner is a shout-out to Indiana sports legend Bobby Leonard, who made this his trademark phrase during his time as a Pacers color commentator after his coaching career.
